Adivasi Development Initiative
Towards
a Collective Form of Cooperation (CFC) in Development
This process
involves identifying NGOs working in central and North Tamil Nadu to
work with Adivasi communities by jointly developing a common objective,
network structure, strategy and perspective. This aims at building capacities
at the NGO level to work in a network programme by jointly preparing
an MOU and a project proposal.
This promotion
process would be completed in two years and the third year will be the
preparatory phase for the new network programme implementation. At the
end of the two year period there will be the following outputs: jointly
prepared Network concept, MOU, and project proposal for three years
with a ten-year perspective. The third year will be the preparatory
phase for the network programme.
As the
impact: The partner NGOs would have developed a common goal with a shared
perspective, have developed all the necessary systems and structures
for network functioning, be capacitated to function in a network, and
one NGO identified and capacitated to function as a coordination centre.
